Assigning a KPI to an Activity

Open the Activity

  1. Click > Planner > Calendar or > Budget.

  2. Navigate to the activity and double-click it.

  3. In the detailed view, go to the KPIs tab.

Set KPI Calculation Base

  1. If your KPIs are based on budget values, choose whether to calculate using the reference or working currency from the Calculation base dropdown.

  2. If you selected reference currency, choose the fiscal year to determine which exchange rate to apply using the Fiscal year dropdown.

Add and Configure the KPI

  1. Click Add.

    The Add KPI dialog opens.

  2. Select a KPI from the KPI list.

    The fields in the dialog change depending on the selected KPI.

  3. Enter values such as Weight, Target/Threshold, and any additional notes if needed.

  4. Click Save to save.

You've now added the KPI to your activity.
